摘要
在高温高压气井或注蒸汽的热采井中,变温引起的温度应力(即热应力)将对套管接头的接触压力产生一定的影响,高温差引起的套管接头的接触压力分布变得更加不均,当温差达到一定值时,套管接头内的等效应力将接近材料的屈服强度,使螺纹接触处进入塑性变形状态,从而影响了套管接头的密封性。利用弹塑性有限元的方法,建立标准API偏梯形套管接头的有限元模型,分析温度改变对套管接头接触压力的影响,以及套管接头内等效应力的变化情况,提供一种温度对套管接头螺纹接触压力的分析方法,从而为高温井套管接头的安全使用提供一定的参考数据。
In high-temperature (HT) -high-pressure (HP) gas wells and steam injection wells, the heat stress caused by temperature difference had great effect on contact pressure of casing joints. The distribution of the contact pressure became non-uniform with the HT difference, the effective stress in casing joints was about equal to its yield strength, and the joints produced the plastic deformation. As a result, sealing ability of casing joints should be paid another attention. The mechanical model was set up for casing joints with the elastic -plastic finite element method. The influence of the temperature to casing joints was analyzed because of change of temperature, which will provide a quantitative basis for safe using of casing joints in HT wells
