摘要
目的:探讨双腔气囊导尿管留置术的改进及护理效果。方法:对72例患者使用传统尿管留置术护理,另76例患者采用改进的尿管留置术护理,对比分析两种方法在1次成功率和并发症方面的变化。结果:改进方法比传统方法留置尿管1次成功率明显提高,并发症也显著减少,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:改进尿管留置术可明显提高留置尿管的护理效果。
Objective： To explore the improvement of double channel Foley balloon indwelling catheterization and its effect on nursing. Methods ： Traditional indwelling catheterization and improved indwelling catheterization were applied to 72 and 76 patients respectively, Success rate and changes in complications were compared and analyzed between the two methods. Results： Success rate of improved indwelling catheterization remarkably increased and the incidence of complications was markedly decreased （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Improving indwelling catheterization can significantly improved nursing effect of indwelling catheter.
