摘要
文中介绍了一种适用于腔内光化学反应的腔内光强增强型凹面光栅选支连续CO2激光器的设计及实验参数.由于光腔较长和增益较大,在0001~1000和0001~0200振转跃迁谱带分别有53条和49条谱线激光输出.得到0001~1000跃迁的最低增益线10p(56)输出功率2.5W,腔内功率约166.7W,腔内最大功率(10p(20)支线)为520.3W.
The design and the construction of a intracavity intensity enhanced continuous wave CO2 laser with line selected by concave grating are described, which is suitable for photochemistry in its optical resonator. 53 rotational lines in the 00^0 - 10^0 0 band and 49 rotational lines in the 00^0 1 -02^0 0 band have been obtained,which are ascribed to the long optical resonator and higher gain. The optimum design parameters of the laser with the aim of obtaining the maximum intracavity power are given. The output power of lowest-gain line 10P(56 ) is 2.5W, and the power in the optical resonator is about 166.7W. The strongest power in the optical resonator occurs at P(20) for the 00^0 1-10^0 0 band with 520.3W.
