摘要
为确定变形参数对TC6钛合金组织、性能的影响,分别用稍高于和低于β相变点的温度对TC6合金进行了环形件的成形,对这两种制度成形锻件的组织、性能的研究表明:TC6合金在稍高于β相变点的单相区变形,显微组织为网篮状组织;而在α+β两相区成形,得到的组织为等轴组织。TC6合金近β锻造和α+β两相区锻造的常规室温、高温力学性能没有明显差异。采用近β锻造可在不影响力学性能的情况下提高TC6合金的可锻性。
To define the influence of deformation parameters on microstructure and properties,TC6 titanium alloy rings are formed at the temperature of a bit above and below the β phase transformation point. The microstructure and mechanical properties are studied. The results show that the microstructure will be basket-weave arrangement deformed at a bit above the β phase transformation point ahd will be equiaxed below the β phase transformation point. But the mechanical properties have no remarkable difference. Near-β-forging can improve the deformability of TC6 without reducing mechanical properties.
