大豆和苜蓿对除草剂的抗性研究 被引量:2

摘要 设计大豆无菌苗生长和苜蓿无菌苗子叶诱导愈伤组织的培养基,附加不同梯度浓度的除草剂,将受体材料置于培养基上培养并观察生长或诱导状况。以未附加除草剂的培养基接种同样的受体材料为对照。结果表明,草丁膦对大豆和苜蓿的致死浓度都是2m g/L,草甘膦对大豆的致死浓度是300m g/L,对苜蓿的致死浓度是150m gL/。
