摘要
目的寻找一种新的有效治疗妇科恶性肿瘤转移灶的方法。方法利用中科院大恒公司生产的STAR-1000立体定向放射治疗设备,共治疗妇科恶性肿瘤转移灶27例。结果全部病例的症状均有明显缓解;1个月时肿瘤缩小总有效率为92.5%。结论X刀治疗妇科恶性肿瘤转移灶疗效肯定:(1)能明显缓解症状,提高疗效;(2)能控制肿瘤的生长,延长生命;(3)减轻放疗反应,提高生存质量。
Objective Looking for a kind of new treating the method of shifting the stove of gynecologic malignant tumor effectively. Methods Utililze STAR-1000 stereotactic radiotheraoy equipment which the big permanent company of Chinese Academy of Sciences produced ,treat the gynecology malignant tumor 27 cases shifting stoves altogether. Results The symptoms of all cases are obviously alleviated ,84.1% is efficient, that the tumor dwindles totally in one month .Conclusion X-knife in treatment of gynecologic malignant tumor shifting stove the curative effect is definity.（l）Obviously alleviate the symptom;（2）Control the growth of tumor, lengthen the life; O） Lighten radiotherapy reflect ,improve the quality of surviving.
