宫颈鳞癌中HPV、P53、c-erbB-2的表达及临床病理研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨HPV16、P53、c-erbB-2在宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用。[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测了20例慢性宫颈炎标本、46例宫颈鳞癌标本中HPV16、P53、c—erbB-2的表达状况。[结果]在宫颈癌组中HPV16的阳性表达率为52.17%,明显高于慢性宫颈炎的10%(P<0.01)。P53蛋白阳性表达率为56.52%,高于慢性宫颈炎(P<0.01)。c—erbB-2阳性表达率为67.39%,高于慢性宫颈炎15%(P<0.01)。HPV与P53共同阳性15例(32.61%)。P53、c-erbB-2同时阳性17例(36.95%)。HPV16、P53、c-erbB-2共同阳性11例(23.91%)。[结论]HPV16感染是诱发宫颈癌的重要因素。HPV16可能通过引起P53基因突变,促进细胞的转化和增殖,导致肿瘤发生。HPV16、P53、c—erbB-2与宫颈癌的发生、发展和恶性程度有关。 [Objective] To study the role of HPV16, P53 and c-erbB-2 infection in the carcinogenesis of cervical squamous carcinoma. [Methods] Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of HPV16, P53 and c-erbB-2 in 20 chronic cervicitis and 46 squamous cell carcinomas of cervix. [ Results] In the cervical carcinoma, the positive expression rate of HPV16 was 52.17%, significantly higher than those in chronic cervicitis (10%) (P 〈 0.01 ); the positive expression rate of P53 was 56.52%, higher than in chronic cervicitis ( P 〈 0.01). The positive expression rate of c-erbB-2 was significantly higher in cell of cervical cancer (67.39%) than those in chronic cervicitis (15%) (P 〈 0.01 ). In 46 cervical carcinoma, there was 15 instances that HPV 16 and P53 all show for positive (32.61%), and 17 instances that P53 and c-erbB-2 all show for positive (36.95%), and 11 instances that HPV16, P53 and c-erbB-2 all show for positive (23.91%). [Conclusion] It is important factor bringing out thecervical carcinoma that HPV16 is infected with. HPV16 may lead to the fact through causing (P53) gene mutation to promote the transformation of the cell that the tumour takes place. HPV16, P53 and c-erbB-2 causes the cervical carcinoma together. P53 and c-erbB-2 related to develop with the malignant degree in emergence of the cervical carcinoma.
