摘要
针对金隆公司两段石灰乳中和法处理含重金属离子酸性废水工艺,分析pH值对污染物沉淀效果的影响。提出一次中和pH控制值设定在6.5,二次中和pH控制值设定在9。生产实践证明,除砷、氟和重金属离子效果很好,废水处理后可达到国家排放标准,并且生产成本较低,中和渣生成量较少。
The effects of pH value on deposition of contaminations in two-stage neutralization process with lime slurry was analyzed for treatment of acidic wastewater containing heavy metal ions in Jinlong Copper. The pH value was set at 6.5 and 9 respectively for the first and second neutralization stages. The operation showed that the removal of heavy metal was satisfactory and the effluent water was up to the national standard with low operation cost and less neutralization slag produced.
