摘要
某摩托车发动机上齿轮在安装试车时发生断齿。采用宏、微观检验和化学成分分析等方法,对断裂齿轮进行了分析。结果显示,失效齿轮表现为过载断裂特征,表明齿轮安装不当,运行时承受很大的应力,同时在齿根部位存在的黑色组织,降低了材料的力学性能,引发裂纹的产生。在上述因素的共同作用下导致齿轮断裂。
The gear on the motor of autocycle breaked when the motor running. Fracture analysis of the gear were conducted by means of macroexamination, SEM, metallography examination and chemical composition analysis. The results showed that the gear is over loading fracture. Because the assembling of the gear is improper, so the high stress is existed in the gear. There were black structure in the gear bedrock, it decreased material mechanical performance and initiated crack. All of these factors coused the gear fracture.
