摘要
为解决中原油田文东文南高温低渗油层解堵存在的技术难题,研制了高温缓速、深部穿透的解堵剂配方。用缓速酸主剂、高温酸化缓蚀剂,以及油水互溶剂、粘土防膨剂、铁离子稳定剂等酸液添加剂进行复配,优化筛选,得到综合性能优良的高温缓速解堵剂配方。文中对解堵剂配方性能进行了全面评价。该解堵剂比常规土酸缓速率提高94%,可应用于150℃的地层,现场应用增油增注效果显著。
To solve the difficult problem of blockage remover technology in Wendong & Wennan reservoir with high temperature and low permeability, a blockage remover prescription of low reaction rate and deep penetration on high temperature is developed. Its reaction rate is 94% lower than that of the common mud acid .It is used for the 150℃ formation . After utilized in production, they have greatly increased the oil production and the water injection. In this paper, their performance is evaluated comprehensively.
