保证医院在激烈的市场竞争中持续发展的关键在于增强核心竞争力,而人才是最核心的竞争力。因此,必须实施人本管理,并充分发挥护士长个人在人本管理中的作用,从而激发全体护士的工作热情,提高病房竞争力,进而提高工作效率。
In order to guarantee the sustaining development of a hospital,one of the key points is to enhance the core competitiveness. Person with ability is the core factor of the competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out humanistic management and make full use of the functions of head nurses in humanistic management,so as to arouse all the nurses' working enthusiasm and improve the competitiveness of a ward to improve working efficiency.
