摘要
目的:制备抗敏搽剂,研究主药扑尔敏、维生素C的含量测定方法,以便于质量控制。方法:按处方制备抗敏搽剂,利用扑尔敏、维生素C在氯仿中溶解度的不同将两种主药分离,紫外分光光度法分别测定搽剂中两种主药的含量。结果:制备的抗敏搽剂中,扑尔敏的回收率在96%以上;维生素C的回收率在97.5%以上。结论:将两种主药分离后,用紫外分光光度法分别测定搽剂中两种主药含量的方法方便、易行,可用于控制抗敏搽剂中主药的含量。
Objective: To prepare anti - allergy Liniment, and study the determination method of the principal components contents of Chlorpheniramine maleate and Vitamin C, in order to control its quality. Methods: Anti - allergy Liniment was prepared based on the prescription, the two principal components, Chlorpheniramine maleate and Vitamin C, were separated out using their dissolvability in Chloroform, the contents of which were determined respectively with ultraviolet spectrophotometry Results: More than 96% Chlorpheniramine maleate and 97.5% Vitamin C were recovered from the anti - allergy Liniment prepared. Conclusion: The ultraviolet spectrophotometry is convenient and easy to determine the two principal components contents after they are isolated, thus the method can be used to control the contents of principal components in anti - allergy Liniment.
