摘要
讨论了平面式并联齿轮马达的结构原理,对齿轮的液压径向力和啮合力分别进行了分析。结果表明:该马达扭矩输出齿轮所受径向力平衡,同等转矩下,空转齿轮所受径向力比普通齿轮马达减少一半。
This paper introduces a structure principle of parallel gear motor in plane, analyses the hydraulic forces and mesh forces in radial direction of driving and driven gear. The study shows that driving gear of the motor has balanced force in radial direction, while unbalanced radial force of driving gear reduce half compares to ordinary gear motor.
