轻型飞机机翼气动/结构协同优化研究 被引量:9

Integrated aerodynamic/structural design of a light airplane wing using collaborative optimization

摘要 探讨用协同优化方法能否有效地解决机翼气动/结构一体化设计优化问题。首先对基本的协同优化和基于响应面协同优化两种方法的特点进行了探讨,然后以轻型飞机机翼气动/结构一体化设计为例,着重研究如何用协同优化方法建立机翼气动/结构一体化设计的优化模型。研究结果表明,基本的协同优化算法不能有效地解决该机翼气动/结构一体化优化问题,而基于响应面的协同优化方法在求解这一问题时具有较好的鲁棒性。 The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the collaborative optimization (CO) can be applied to the integrated aerodynamic/structural design of a wing. Two kinds of collaborative optimizations, the basic collaborative optimization and the response surface based collaborative optimization, are formulated and discussed. The design of the wing of a light airplane is used as a test problem. The key issue of the investigation is how to formulate the integrated aerodynamic/structural design of the wing as multidisciplinary design optimization using the collaborative optimization. The numerical results indicate that the basic collaborative optimization cannot be successfully applied to the integrated aerodynamic/structural design of a wing, while the response surface based collaborative optimization solve the design problem successfully and robustly.
