几种中药成分与IL-2免疫协同作用的比较 被引量:22

Comparison on immune synergism of several Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients with interleukin-2

摘要 将420羽罗曼雏鸡随机均分为14组,14日龄时用新城疫Ⅳ系苗免疫,并分别肌肉注射当归多糖(CAPS)、黄芪多糖(APS)、板蓝根多糖(IRPS)、淫羊藿多糖(EPS)、蜂胶黄酮(PF)和人参皂苷(GS)6种中药成分加白介素2(IL2),每天1次,连用3d。分别在不同时间点检测新城疫病毒HI(NDVHI)抗体效价,并计算免疫器官指数。结果表明,APS、IRPS、EPS、PF和GS加IL2在免疫后7~14d都能显著提高抗体效价,APS、IRPS和EPS加IL2在免疫后4周显著促进免疫器官发育。提示,中药成分与IL2合用有一定的免疫协同作用。 Four hundred and twenty 14-day-old chickens were randomly divided into 14 groups and vaccinated with Newcastle disease vaccine strain Ⅳ by nose and eye drip. At the same time, the chickens in experimental groups were intramuscularly injected respectively with astraglus polysaecharide (APS) , epimedium polysaeeharide (EPS), Chinese angelica polysaeeharide (CAPS) , isaris root polysaeehairde (IRIS) , propolis flavone (PF) and ginsenoside (GS) plus interleukin-2 (IL-2) , in control group, physiological saline, once a day for three successive days. The serum HI antibody titer was determined and the immune organ index was calculated at different time points. The results showed that APS, IRPS, EPS, PF and GS plus IL-2 could significantly raise antibody titer during 7 to 14 d and APS, IRPS and EPS plus IL-2 could promote the growth of immune organ at 4 weeks. This indicated that there was a definite immune synergism in Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients (CHMIs) with IL-2 when their joint application.
