摘要
以黑龙睛金鱼(Carassius auratus)受精卵和处于4~8细胞期、多细胞期、原肠期、心脏搏动期的胚胎为对象,研究不同剂量紫外线(UV)照射对金鱼胚胎发育的影响.发现用低剂量的UV照射可以提高金鱼受精卵或发育早期胚胎的孵化率.对发育到原肠胚以后的胚胎UV照射无上述刺激作用,而是随着照射剂量的升高,孵化率急剧下降.另外,实验结果显示,UV并未加速胚胎发育的进程.当UV照射时间小于180 s时,受精卵或发育早期胚胎的畸形率没有明显增加.对出现上述结果的可能机理做了探讨并对UV用于育苗孵化和育种两方面的应用提出了建议.
Goldfish fertilized eggs and embryo,s at 4 -8 cell stage, multicellular stage, gastrula stage and heart beating stage, respectively, were treated by a 30 W of UV light at 30 cm distance. Irradiation doses were changed according to treatment time from 15 s to 1 200 s. The result proved that the hatching rate of fertilized eggs or embryo,s at early stages irradiated by low dose of UV was increased. Whereas this stimulation effect was not found in the embryos at gastrula stage and heart beating stage in which the hatching rate sharply decreased along with the increasing of UV doses. It was also showed that UV radiation did not shorten the hatching period and the abnormal embryo rate did not increase when the radiation time was less than 3 min. The probable mechanism and suggustion about the potential applying of UV in fish production and breeding were also discussed.
