在过去的十年里,使用快速和客观电生理听觉测试的需求日渐增强,在新生儿听力筛查方面的应用更是如此。短声和纯音短声脑干诱发电位用于筛查和临床诊断已在全球得到广泛使用。而多频稳态诱发电位作为一种新的测试手段开始得到关注,将给我们提供一种新的测试婴幼儿频率相关听力的快速技术。
Over the last decade, there is a growing need for the use of quick and objective electrophysiological auditory tests particularly with the implementation of the infant hearing program in clinics across the world. Click and tone-burst ABRs are well established in most clinics as a valuable clinical tool for infant screening as well as for differential diagnosis in children and adults. As a relatively new technique in our clinical battery, auditory steady state responses or ASSR may now provide estimates of hearing in young infants in a shorter duration at discrete octave frequencies.
