摘要
在磷酸介质中,铜(对高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ的褪色反应有强烈的催化作用,据此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法,并就反应体系的动力学性质进行了研究。结果表明,催化反应为准零级反应,表观速率常数为1.08×10-3/s,表观活化能为100.1 kJ/mol,方法的线性范围为1.2×10-7g/L^1.0×10-4g/L,检出限为9.5×10-8g/L。该法灵敏度高,重复性好,用于水样和钢样中痕量铜的测定,结果满意。
In the medium of phosphoric acid, the decoloring reaction of arsenazo Ⅲ oxidized by KIO4 could be remarkably catalyzed by Cu(Ⅱ) .Based on the experimental results, a new method for the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) by the catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry was estabalished and the kinetic conditions about the new reaction were investigated. The results showed that the catalytic reaction was a quasi-zero-order reaction. The apparent rate constant was 1.08 × 10^-3 · s^-1 , and the activation energy of the reaction was 100.1 kJ·mo1^-3 .The linear range of the determination was 1.2 × 10^-7 - 1.0 × 10^-4 g·L^-1 and detection limit was 9.5 × 10^-8g·L^-1 for copper(Ⅱ). The method is simple, rapid, and sensitive. The method has been used to the determination trace copper in steel and water with satisfactory results.
