摘要
本文介绍了中国混凝土行业2004年的基本情况及近三年的发展。指出当前理顺行业发展、提高人员素质是当务之急。文中还提出必须树立科学发展观、以科学思维指导行业发展。当前一些传统思维造成的误区导致了一些错误的技术决策,影响了工程质量,阻碍了混凝土技术进步和行业发展。
The development of these three years and basic situation of 2004 on concrete industry is introduced. Adjusting the industry development and enhancing staffs＇ capability are crucial. Setting up the scientific view is the conduction. Some out timed opinion is the reason for wrong technique choosing to tamper the construction quality and baffle the concrete technique development.
