摘要
为满足三次采油要求.通过丙烯酰胺(AM)溶液聚合制备了分子量大于1.7×10^7,溶解时间小于30min.过滤比小于2的速溶型超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺。其最佳合成条件为:AM30%;过硫酸铵0.02%;三乙胺0.02%;引发温度10~15℃;EDTA-2Na 0.08%;尿素3%;甲酸钠0.2%。探讨了聚合工艺条件和聚合配方对聚合物增粘性能和溶解性能的影响规律。
To meet the requirements of TOR,a super-high molecule and fast-solving polyacrylamide is prepared by acrylamide polymerization,and the molecular weight of polyacrylamide is more than 1.7×10~7,the time of dissolution is less than 30 min.AM is 30% for the best recipe of polyacrylamide; ammorium peroxydisulfate (Oxidant) is 0.02%.The effect of polymerization methodology condition and recipe on the viscosity increasing and solution behavior of copolymer is investigated.
