摘要
阐述了高校实验技术队伍的重要性,探讨了当前部分高校实验技术队伍中存在的问题及其原因,提出了激励实验技术队伍的若干措施,以便提高试验技术队伍的组织能力和创新能力。
This paper expounds the importance of university＇s laboratory technicians, probes into some problems existing in the laboratory technicians of some universities and the reasons of these problems, puts forward several measures for motivating the laboratory technicians for the purpose of increasing the organizing ability and innovative ability of the laboratory technicians.
