摘要
物料最佳干燥工艺是保证干燥质量、降低能耗、缩短干燥时间的基础。通过对菊芋最佳干燥工艺技术的实验,确定了菊粉的最佳干燥形式为压力顺流喷雾干燥。
The best drying technology is based on dry-quality,low energy consumpfive capacity and short dry-time, drying technology was studied in this paper, Experimental results indicated that Jerusalem artichoke can be industrial produced.
