摘要
为满足特种粉体制备的需要,采用剪切式粉碎原理,研制出DG-35型双磨盘式特种磨粉机.分析了关键参数———动、静盘之间间隙ΔH的作用和影响磨粉数量及粒度的关系,合理选择了相关的设计参数.该设备具有独特的两组动、静盘式结构,配以有效的间隙调整系统,其结构紧凑,生产效率高,维护保养简便,广泛应用于特种磨粉尤其是热敏性粉体加工、非铁(污染)材料粉体和黏性物体磨粉等行业.
With the adoption of pulverization principle of shearing, DG-350 double-refiner disc special type grinding machine is developed to satisfy the requirements of special powder preparation. Both the function of key parameter: the clearance △H between kinetic disk and static disk and the relationship influences the quantity and granularity of powder preparation are analyzed, and the related parameters are reasonably selected. The equipment features unique structure consists of double group of kinetic disk and static disk together with effective system of clearance regulation. It has a compact structure, high productivity and simple maintenance. It will find extensive application prospect and market demands in the industry of special powder preparation especially powder of heat sensitivity, powder of non-ferrous (contamination) and viscous powder.
