摘要
以顾客期望差异理论、消费者行为决策理论为基础,借鉴美国ACSI模型,结合汽车行业的具体情况,研究我国汽车顾客满意度影响因素,建立满意度的指标体系。
Based on customer expectation diversity theory and consumer behavior decision - making theory, applying American ACSI model and combining China's auto industry situation ,research on factors to China' auto customer satisfaction is made and index system on customer satisfaction is set up.
