利用中国荷斯坦牛定位BTA6上影响产奶性状的QTLs 被引量:3

摘要 为了精细定位牛6号常染色体上55.7cM范围内影响产奶量的QTL,对26个父系半同胞的中国荷斯坦奶牛家系进行了14个微卫星标记的检测,涉及到的女儿牛达2356头.统计分析采用线性回归和方差组分分析两种方法,包括单QTL和双QTL检测.单QTL的线性回归分析发现,作用产奶量、乳脂量、乳蛋白量和乳脂率的QTL均定位于标记BMS470附近,而影响乳蛋白率的QTL则临近标记BMS2460.方差组分法进一步验证了前者有关3个量性状的结论,只是将影响乳脂量的QTL定到了标记BMS1242位置.对于这些QTL置信区间的估计,线性回归法的结果普遍偏大,约在31~53cM的长度范围内,而方差组分法的只有4~5cM.进行双QTL检测时,两种方法均揭示出分别有2个QTL同时存在并制约着3个量性状的表型变化,不过估计出来的QTL位置有所不同.
