近红外线光谱仪监测局部脑氧饱和度在神经外科中的应用

摘要
近红外线光谱仪具有使用方法简单、灵敏、快速、实时、持续、价廉、无创、可床边进行等特点,可以实行测出头颅闭合状态下的氧合血红蛋白与还原血红蛋白的混合透射强度,从而得出局部脑氧饱和度。由此可以及时、准确地了解局部脑氧饱和度的变化情况,从而作出脑组织缺血缺氧的程度、脑功能变化等判断。本文就近红外线光谱仪监测局部脑氧饱和度在神经外科中的应用作一阐述。
