“创新”在竞技健美操成套动作中占据着举足轻重的位置。创新是提高竞技健美操成套动作技术价值和水平的重要依据。通过对竞技健美操成套动作中的创新因素进行浅析,旨在对我国竞技健美操项目在编排方面提供参考依据。
Innovation occupies the very important position in the set movement of competitive aerobics. And innovation is the important basis of improving the technical value and level of the set movement of competitive aerobics. The article analyzed the innovative factors of the set movement of competitive aerobics in order to offer some reference to the arrangement of competitive aerobics of our country.
