摘要
随着经济建设的发展,土地利用变化极为频繁,人地矛盾日益突出,为合理利用土地、有效保护耕地,必须查清各类土地的面积、分布和利用情况。原有的土地利用变更手段较落后,精度难以保证,基础资料已经无法做到图、数、实地相一致,实践证明,采用3S技术、利用SPOT5高分辨率遥感影像进行土地利用现状更新调查是一种行之有效的手段。
With the development of economies, the land use changes frequently, the conflict between people and land is becoming more prominent. In order to make good use of land and protect tilth effectively, the area, the distribution and the utilization of each kind of land must do clear investigation. The old way are out-of-date and inaccuracy. The maps are not consistent with their attribute and actual use. It was proved that was an effective way to do investigation by using SPOT5 remote sensing image based on 3S technologies.
