几种酶与唐菖蒲适应性及器官衰老的关系

摘要 测定了4个唐菖蒲品种开花期植株母球茎、更新球茎、根、茎、叶、花蕾、花瓣、花药的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及花瓣和花药的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶谱、酯酶(EST)同工酶谱。结果表明:在唐菖蒲植株的不同器官中,新生器官及幼嫩器官的SOD活力较强,衰老器官的SOD活力较弱;适应性越强的品种,其花瓣的POD同工酶谱带越多。不同品种花药的EST同工酶谱带也有差异,但难看出与适应性的关系。 The activities and isoenzyme patterns of SOD,POD and EST of different plant organs at flowering stage were determined. Results revealed that SOD activities in young organs were higher than that in senescence organs,Varieties with higher adaptability had more POD isoenzyme bands in their petals,There also existed difference betweem EST isoenzyme bands in the anther of tested varietes.However,it is difficult to find out a relationship betweem bands and adaptability of C. hybridus.
