摘要
六西格玛旨在消除变异、稳定流程、获得顾客满意和最终显著提高绩效。而精益方法关注于减少浪费、优化流程和降低成本。比较结果表明,精益方法与六西格玛管理本质上都是旨在实现持续改进的管理模式,两种方法也有互补优势。精益六西格玛作为精益方法与六西格玛管理的结合,必将能够刨造出超越对手的竞争优势。
Six sigma methodology aims at eliminating variations, stabilizing the process, gaining customer satisfaction, and improving performance dramatically, while lean philosophy focuses on reducing waste, optimizing the process, and cutting down the cost. The comparisons between them show that both lean philosophy and six sigma essentially aim at continuous improvement, and take many reciprocally complementary advantages. Lean six sigma, which is the integration of lean and six sigma, can create a competitive advantage surpassing other competitors.
