摘要
传统的自动测试系统多是针对特定设备的专用测试系统,应用面窄、适应性差。为解决这一问题,引入工控领域的组态软件思想,将组态技术应用到测试领域,提出了测试组态软件的概念,构建了一种基于组态技术的通用自动测试系统。在系统平台下以图形化的形式搭建所需的测试系统,自由配置测试资源,采用递阶分层智能控制的方法自动生成测试流程,实现了测试平台的开放化和通用性。实践表明采用组态技术极大的提高了自动测试系统的开发效率和测试效率,解决了自动测试系统的通用化问题。
Traditional automatic test system (ATS) is the test system for special purpose according to specific equipment, its application surface is narrow, and adaptability is lacked. To solve this problem, the configuration thought of industrial control automation field had been led into, configuration Art have been applied to test field. The concept of test configuration software had been put forward; a kind of universal ATS based on the Configuration Art had been founded. Under systematic platform the need of test system have been founded with graph form, through freely disposition test resource. The test process is generated automatically with the method of Hierarchical Intelligent Control, the exoteric and universal test platform has been realized. Practice shows that test efficiency and the development efficiency of ATS have risen maximumly with configuration Art and the universal problem of ATS has been solved.
