摘要
橡胶因能承受大应变而不发生永久变形或断裂而得到广泛应用。如轮胎、隔振器、缓冲器和鞋类。这些应用长期承受随时间变化的大应变,耐久性尤其重要。在影响耐久性的诸多因素中,机械疲劳是首要因素。文章回顾了裂纹生长方法在橡胶件疲劳寿命分析中的应用。介绍了现有理论,讨论了其优点和局限性,给出其在工程分析中应用的实例。
Rubber is widely used as it can withstand large strains without permanent deformation or fracture. Its application areas include tires, vibration isolators, impact bumpers and footwear etc. In these applications, it withstands large and time-varying strains in a long time, so their durability is therefore especially important. Among so many factors contributing to durability, mechanical fatigue is the primary factor. The application of crack growth approach to the analysis of fatigue life in rubber components is reviewed. The existing theories are presented, the strength and limitation of the approach are discussed, and examples of how this approach has been applied in engineering analysis are provided.
