摘要
按照抗炎药筛选规程，在多种炎症模型中证实炎痛宁喷雾剂有良好的抗炎消肿和止痛作用，能抑制大鼠足跖肿胀，抑制小鼠耳肿胀，抑制大鼠毛细血管通透性增高．提高小鼠痛阈。
Routine screening tests were applied to verify the anti-inflammatory and analgesic ef-fect of Yan Tong Ning spray.I t was shown that Yan Tong Ning spray has a good anti-inflammatoryand analgesic effect in various models of inflammation. The drug can inhibit the experimental swelling ofrat paw and mouse ear,reduce the capillary permeability in rats and increase the pain threshold in mice.
