摘要
生产要素的转换和流动是推动产业结构升级的基础。产业结构升级的过程是各产业之间关系与地位调整的互动过程,又是经济发展的历史与逻辑序列顺向演进的过程。产业结构的升级不仅表现为三次产业的地位与关系的不断调整,而且反映在产业范围的拓展和产业融合上。提升产业结构的一般路径包括:提高技术创新能力,利用高新技术,推进产业层次提升;拓宽产业发展途径,加速产业分立与产业体系的形成;加大产业融合,促进产业的升级和发展。
The change and mobility of the key element is the base of industry promoting. The process of the promotion is the exchange of each industry＇s relation and status and the development of economy in the historic and logical sequence. The behavior is not only at the constant adjustment of the three industries but also at the expanding of the industry＇s range and the coverage of industry. To push the promotion of industry by improving the ability of creation and using high technology ;to accelerate the separation of industry and form the system of industry by expanding the road of the industry＇ s development; to stimulate the promotion and the development of industry by enlarging the coverage of industry.
