The culture root of artistic pursuit of Yuanye is analyzed in a new angle of view. The value concepts, aesthetic standards, and Yuanye are expounded, among which the rich philosophical connotations of the book is emphasized. Its soul is the world view that man is the integral part of nature and the classical ecological moral principles. And the suitable living environment principle is the core of garden theories. These academic viewpoints extend the new area for the study of Yuanye.
