摘要
分析了影响电池充电器待机损耗的关键因素,给出了一种低待机损耗的电池充电器的设计方法,提出了开关频率优化配置的PWM控制方案。在轻载的同时减小占空比和降低开关频率,使得电路始终工作在优化的频率下。主电路采用反激电路,控制电路采用所提出的控制电路的实验样机的满载效率、空载损耗和输出电压纹波都满足要求。实验结果证明上述设计方法和控制方案的实用性和可行性。
In order to decrease the standby loss of the battery charger, the key factors, which influence standby loss ot power supply, were analyzed in detail and moreover design consideration of a battery charger that possesses merit of lower standby loss was presented as well in this paper. PWM control strategy of optimized switching frequency was described. Switching frequency optimization can be realized when both duty cycle and switching frequency are reduced under the operation of light load. The full load efficiency, no load loss, and output voltage ripple of a prototype all satisfy the requirement, where flyback converter is adopted as the main circuit and the proposed control scheme is adopted as the control circuit. Practicability and feasibility are verified by experimental results.
