摘要
干法半干法脱硫灰由于成分复杂和高硫高钙的特点,给其综合利用造成了很多困难。提出了用脱硫灰生产硫铝酸盐水泥的全新利用方式,它能完全利用脱硫灰中的游离CaO、CaCO3、Ca(OH)2和含硫矿物CaSO3与CaSO4,使其转化为水泥熟料矿物,如硫铝酸钙等,还能完全利用脱硫灰中的未燃尽碳,因而能达到物尽其用,是一种全新高效的利用方式。
Because of the complex compositions with high contents of sulfur and calcium, the dry and semi-dry desulfurization residues are all along hard to be utilized, A completely new utilization method for the desulfurization residues is put forward to produce sulfoaluminate cement. In this way, the disadvantage minerals in the desulfurization residues, such as free CaO, CaCO3, Ca(OH)2 as well as sulfur-containing minerals like CaSO3 and CaSO4, can all be completely utilized and transformed into minerals of sulfoaluminate cement clinker, such as calcium sulfoaluminate. In addition, the unburned carbon in the ashes can also be made good use of. Therefore, this new utilization method, which can exert maximum value of the defulforization residues, is a high efficiency way.
