摘要
针对微型扭杆刚度测量,设计了一种高精度应变式扭矩传感器,对该传感器刚度进行计算,其结果与用大型有限元软件Nastran的分析结果十分相近,说明此方法是可行的。
To meet the demand for high precision,steady performance and micromation of the parts of spaceflight inertia instruments, a high precision torque sensor is presented to measure the stiffness of micro-torque. Stiffness of this sensor is calculated. This way is feasible for that the result,got by it is very similar to the result got by large-scaled FEM software Marc.
