摘要
目的探讨大剂量肾上腺素治疗心跳骤停的临床疗效.方法对诊治42例病人,治疗组18例给予大剂量肾上腺素治疗,平均每人用量13.43mg,分3～5次给药.结果 42例病人,治疗组生存率33.3%.对照组生存率7.6%.两组病人生存率比较具有统计学意义.结论应用大剂量的肾上腺素有良好的疗效且无明显的副作用.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of high dose adrenaline on treating cardiac arrest . Methods 42 patients with cardiac arrest were divided into two groups randomly. 18 patients with cardiac arrest were selected as experimental group and treated with high dose adrenaline 3--5 times a day, average dose was 13.43 mg per capita. Results The survival rate of treament group was 33,3% and control group was 7.6%. There was significant difference in survival rate between experimental group and control group, Conclusions High dose adrenaline has affirmative curative effect on cardiac arrest and little side- effects.
