摘要
目的探讨结扎子宫动脉上行支加宫腔纱布填塞治疗难治性产后出血的疗效。方法对37例难治性产后出血患者结扎双侧子宫动脉上行支加宫腔纱布填塞处理。结果37例患者均获得满意的止血效果,未发生再出血。结论该止血方法简单迅速、易于掌握,效果确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of using bilateral ascending uterine artery ligation and gauze packing on intra - operative and postoperative bleeding. Methods Thirty - seven patients with refractory postpartum hemorrhage were managed with bilateral aseending uterine arteries ligation and gauze packing in the uterine cavity. Results Among 37 cases, the bleeding were controlled effectively, and the recurring hemorrhage was avoided. Conclusions Bilateral aseending uterine artery ligation and intrauterine gauze packing are safe, simple, effective hemostasis, and can be used widely.
