摘要
目的：了解我院抗感染药物应用情况，以促进合理用药水平的提高。方法：对我院2003年～2004年应用抗感染药物品种、金额进行分类统计，并结合临床应用情况进行分析。结果：2003年抗感染药物应用了15类172个品种，消耗金额占用药总金额的31．98％；2004年应用了14类169个品种，消耗金额占用药总金额的24．30％。结论：第3代头孢菌素占我院抗感染药物首位，药师和医师应共同提高合理使用抗感染药物水平。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital, in order to improve rational drug use. METHODS ： Classification statistic of variety and amount of money of antibacterial drugs used in our hospital during the period 2003 - 2004 was carried out and an analysis was made depending on clinical application. RESULTS： 15 kinds of antibacterial drugs including 172 varieties were used in our hospital in 2003, their consumptive amount of money took up 31.98 % of the total amount of money of drug use ; 14 kinds of antibacterial drugs including 169 varieties used in 2004 took up 24.30% of the total amount of money. CONCLUSION： Cephalosporin of the 3rd generation has ranked first in antibacterial drugs in our hospital. Pharmacists and doctors should cooperatively raise the level of rational use of antibacterial drugs.
