摘要
以淀粉为原料,丙烯酰胺为单体,硝酸铈铵为引发剂,N,N’—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用接枝共聚法制备高吸水剂性树脂。研究了引发剂浓度、交联剂用量、单体与淀粉质量比及氢氧化钠用量对产品吸水性的影响。实验结果表明:当引发剂浓度为5.0×10-3mol/L;交联剂用量占单体质量的0.20%;淀粉与单体质量比为1∶3;氢氧化钠用量占单体质量的30%时,产品的吸水性可达1000倍以上。
Superabsorbent polymer was prepared from starch as raw material, acryhnfide as monomer, ammounium ceric sulfate as initiate, N,N' - methylene - his - acryhmlde as cross - linker by graft copolymerization. The factors which affect the absorption d water were studied, such as the concentration of initiator, the mass ratio of starch to monomer, amount of cross - linkcer and NaOH. The results showed that the absolve ratio of water was above 1000 times when m (starch) :m(acryamide ) = 1:3, concentration of initiator was 5.0( 10^-3 mool/L, mass ratio of cross - linker was 0.20% and amount of NaOH was 30% based on monomer.
