摘要
根据前人的试验和研究成果,定义焊趾处的工程检测到的表面裂纹长度为0.5mm,此前对应的循环次数为工程萌生寿命。给出了基于修正的Neuber法,并考虑了焊接残余应力影响的工程裂纹萌生寿命和基于断裂力学的裂纹扩展寿命的计算方法。
On the basis of previous test data and research achievement,the cycles consumed in the crack-initiation and the surface crack to the length of 0.5 at the welded toe are defined as engineering crack-initiation-life.Based on the modified Neuber's method and considering the effect of welding residual stresses,an approach to predieting the engineering fatigue crack initation life of the welded joint has been establisted.Based on the Fracture Mechanies Method,the predicting approach of the fatigue crack propagating life has been established.The fatigue crack initiation life and the fatigur crack propagating life are made up of the total fatigue life.
