摘要
“教学与科研统一”是现代大学,特别是研究型大学的理念之一。本文回顾了“教学与科研统一”理念的提出与应用,分析了教师管理制度发挥的关键性作用,并指出:需要重新审视“教学与科研统一”理念的重要性,并通过一系列制度来保证这一理念的实现。
“Unity of teaching and research” is one of the many pursuits of modern universities, especially for those research--oriented ones. This article firstly investigates into the emergence and the application of this idea, and then it analyzes the crucial role the management system of faculty plays. Finally, the authors point out that the university needs to redefine the importance of this idea and suggest a series of institutional setups to ensure the realization of this idea.
