将转化后的单菌落置于快检缓冲液中,振荡后,直接通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳比较质粒大小,2 h内可筛选出重组子.详细介绍了快检缓冲液配方、快检效果、注意事项以及与其它方法的优势比较.
A rapid and simple procedure for screening recombinants was developed. To screen recombinants,plasmid DNA in the product lysed was identified using agrose gel electrophoresis, after single colony was lysed in the specific lysis buffer for screening. The whole proceure can be finished in two hours. Directions for producing screening buffer, screening effectss, attentions and predominance with other methods were narrated particularly.
