摘要
针对某厂硅铁、结晶硅冶炼炉的烟气治理,使用自行研制的SCX-Ⅲ型湿式脱硫除尘装置,运行效果平稳。脱硫除尘效果比较理想,平均除尘率为98.8%,平均脱硫率达到78.8%,林格曼指数降至1级以下,各项污染指标均达到了相关国家标准。
In the smoke treatment of smelting furnace in ferrosilicon and crystal silicon smelting of some factory, we use SCX- Ⅲ equipment of wet desulfurization and dedusting, and it runs well. The average dedusting efficiency is 98.8 %, the average desulfurization is 78.8 %, and Ringelmann value drops below class 1. Every index achieves the correlative country standard.
