On the Library Reference Service in the Network Environment

摘要 网络的迅速发展,使图书馆参考咨询工作发生了巨大变化。本文就当前参考咨询工作的服务特点及存在的主要问题进行了探讨,并提出了若干建议。 This paper describes the great changes and characteristics of reference consultant service along with the rapid development of networks. The paper deals with the status quo characteristics and problems of library reference service, putting forward some solutions to the problems.
