摘要
以丁酸和氯化苄为原料,以新洁而灭为相转移催化剂合成了丁酸苄酯。通过实验,考查了催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度及物料配比对反应的影响。实验结果表明,适宜的反应条件是:反应温度为135℃,催化剂用量为0.75 mL,反应时间为2.0 h,氯化苄与丁酸钠物质的量的比为1.3∶1。在此条件下,收率在93.5%以上,通过折光率、元素分析、红外光谱分析、色-质分析对产品进行了表征。
Benzyl butyrate is prepared by phase transfer catalysis of butyric acid with benzyl chloride in the presence of ben zalkonium bromide as the catalyst. The influence of temperature, reaction time, catalyst and molar ratio of raw materials on product yield is studied. Experimental results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: reaction temperature is 135℃, catalyst consumption is 0.75 mL, reaction time is 2.0 h, molar ratio of benzyl chloride to sodium butyrate is 1.3∶1. Product yield can be up to 93.5% under the optimum conditions. Refractive index, elemental analysis, IR and GC-MS characterize the product.
