从质量等级的概念入手,通过比较采用不同质量等级的元器件的电源系统的平均故障间隔时间,详细论述了元器件质量等级对系统可靠性的影响。最后阐明了如何正确选择及合理使用元器件,它是实现高可靠性水平系统设计的基础。
First , the conception of quality rank is introduced . Then the mean time between failure of power supply system whieh using components of different quality rank is compared and the effect of quality rank on system reliability is discussed . Finally, how to select exactly and use logically is illustrated because it is the foundation to realize high reliability level of system design.
