雇员持股计划(ESOP)作为雇员福利,它是企业年金的一种重要形式。美国作为ESOP的发源地,同时也是世界上最大的ESOP市场。ESOP是如何在美国产生和发展起来的、现状如何和怎样评价它是本文的主要研究目的。
ESOP, regarded as employee＇ s welfare, is an important form of supplementary pension. The US is both the birthplace of ESOP and the largest ESOP market in the world. This paper discusses the origin, development, current situation, and assessment of ESOP in the US.
